All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful. While we are committed to working with every customer in the event of mistakes occurring, we would advise each customer to read the detail return policy of Printful to understand your role to ensure a smooth order process. Our return/refund policies are based on those set out by Printful. While you may contact Printful directly to sort any order, we would advise that contact be made first with Art1Designs, before contacting Printful, as we may be better equip to sort all orders.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND IMPORTATION DUTIES

The prices paid for products ordered from the store will include all USA taxes on materials used to create orders, as well as all local and international shipping cost to arrive at your door step. However, the price of shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE international importation taxes and duties and you may be required to pay additional fees based on your country's own laws and regulations. Printful and Art1Designs are not responsible for additional costs incurred on importation taxes and duties on clothing. We would advise that you first check with your country's own laws and regulations as it relates to the importation of clothing items.

When shopping in our store certain information is collected to ensure orders are reviewed and processed effectively. The information collected are as follows :
